Pohjola Rakennus Group is a steadily growing Finnish family-owned construction company founded in 1989. We were among the first to take project-led contract work as our business model. Currently we are best known for our regional planning and property development with main focus on residential construction. We employ 200 people and are one of Finland’s biggest residential construction companies with turnover of EUR 270 million.

We operate in six regions in Finland: Helsinki metropolitan area, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Oulu.
